Private One on One Training
Joseph Pilates designed his exercise method to be taught one on one to receive the most benefits. This structure allows an instructor to focus on each client’s individual needs and to guide each student appropriately. The understanding of form, deep muscle control and mindfulness required to perform these exercises safely and effectively is best provided in this setting.
At Pilates Central we see ourselves as educators – teaching our clients about their bodies and how they work. Only when we take the time to develop the focus and precision inherent in this exercise method do we reap the rewards.
One on One sessions incorporate all of the Pilates equipment including mat and Core Align. Each session is individually tailored to the goals and needs of each client.
