Scott Cantor

Master Instructor


Scott Cantor is the owner and operator of Pilates Central.  He has been teaching Pilates since 1999.  He has advanced comprehensive training from the Physical Mind Institute in equipment and mat work and is a member of the Balanced Body faculty.  Scott is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.  Scott has dedicated himself to helping others to be pain free and to regain and excel in their physical abilities.  He has worked with Olympic Athletes as well as those with chronic pain and physical limitations.  “I love helping people help themselves, and work toward a better living experience,” says Scott.  


A long time high school, college, and professional baseball player, in 2007 Scott was signed to play with the Israel Baseball League. Scott was the most senior member in this league and credits Pilates as the key factor in allowing him to compete as a professional athlete. He also enjoys soccer, basketball, track and field, and tennis and uses these skills to help his clients.  He also has certification in the use of the Pilates Fitness Circle, Thera-Bands, and Fitness Balls.


Nicola Weiner

Physical Therapist

Master Pilates Instructor


Nicola Weiner earned her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami. During that time, she certified as a Pilates instructor through Polestar Pilates.  She specializes in manual therapy and movement re-education within the Pilates environment.  Nicola draws upon her experience as a clinician, Pilates instructor and educator, massage therapist, Iyengar yoga enthusiast, and professional dancer, to custom design treatment programs for each of her patients.  Nicola has structured her practice to support her philosophy of high quality treatment, one-on-one patient care and is dedicated to supporting her clients in achieving their personal goals.
